In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please see below.
1. Please contact us prior to returning your product, so we can confirm which items are eligible for return and notify the right team of the items being returned.
2. UK Customers - Please Click Here to generate your free online returns label, making sure you select the correct returns reason.
3. Package your items up and either attach your free returns label to the box, or scan the QR code at your Post Office.
4. Return the parcel via your local Post Office and keep hold of your proof of postage, so you can track it to confirm it’s been delivered back to us!
If Goods were delivered to you in a damaged condition, please contact us right away.
